Job Title: International Sales Manager LATAM

AFF Recruitment & Executive Search is seeking a seasoned and dynamic International Sales Manager to lead the expansion of a prominent company in the animal nutrition industry within the Latin America (LATAM) region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets and drive sales growth by optimizing distributor management and market positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors across Latin America, providing product training and support to ensure effective market positioning.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and regularly monitor and report on sales performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Travel approximately four times a year for two weeks each to support business development and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role within the animal nutrition or agribusiness sectors.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with a strong understanding of the LATAM market and distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to work independently with a strategic mindset.
