Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Sales and Business Development to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure they have the necessary resources and training to succeed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key decision-makers and influencers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor and optimize sales processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar management role, preferably in a B2B sales environment
  • Relevant degree in a field such as business, marketing, or sales
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including market analysis, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
