Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team at Via Amsterdam. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Front Office, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Front Office team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Manage the Front Office budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and develop training programs to enhance team performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
