Senior Airport Services Coordinator

As a Senior Airport Services Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive exceptional service at all touchpoints, from check-in to boarding. You will be the face of Emirates and will be expected to provide a seamless and efficient experience for our passengers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service at check-in, transfer desks, special services, and boarding gates.
- Ensure that all customers are handled in a friendly and efficient manner, adhering to Emirates' service standards and procedures.
- Guide and advise team members to ensure that superior customer service levels are upheld.
- Liaise with Emirates Chauffeur drive company to ensure eligible customers receive this service on arrival and departure.
- Oversee the arrival of bags into the baggage hall, ensuring priority bags are first on the carousel and assist customers with missing or damaged bags.
- Monitor queues at check-in, ensuring priority is given to Premium customer card holders.
- Assist with excess baggage and visa issues, and deal with any problems such as delays, disruptions, and denied boarding.
- Prepare and complete pre and post-flight documentation, and complete all relevant station statistical information and filing.
- Cover the absence of check-in supervisor and prepare flight briefs regarding customer information.
- Support and cover Emirates Ticket Desk functions, undertaking ticketing/reservation duties to ensure seamless service to customers.
- A good level of secondary education or equivalent.
- Experience in Airport Passenger Services handling.
- Must have completed relevant and recognized professional training courses in Customer Services and Handling, Ground Operations and Reservations, Fares & Ticketing.
- Knowledge of a Departure Control System and Computerized Reservation System.
- Knowledge of check-in procedures.
- Customer Service Delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Reservations & Ticketing advantageous.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Dutch.
