International Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for initiating and executing sales and marketing activities for existing and new clients in the European market. This role requires a strong understanding of the European computer market and the ability to provide feedback on market demands to the head of sales department and the headquarter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis and Planning: Assist in setting up short-term and long-term market plans and strategies for clients under the supervision of the head of Marketing and Sales.
  • Sales Strategy and Forecasting: Formulate short-term and long-term sales strategies for the European market, including preparation of regular sales forecasts and prognosis, ad-hoc sales reports as required, annual sales budget, and long-term sales planning.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Provide feedback on European market demands to the head of sales department and the headquarter, and assist in setting up trading conditions, delivery terms, and conditions with customers within company guidelines.
  • Administration and Logistics: Perform administration work related to sales activities, including preparing sales orders, checking stock levels, contacting logistics departments for shipments, carrying out debt collection activities, and liaising with the technical support department for after-sales services.
  • Qualifications and Experience: Minimum MBO+ education in technical or business areas or equivalent. Experience in sales, preferably in international trade, is required. A team player with fluent German and English language skills is essential. Good knowledge of computer hardware and the European computer market is a must.
