About the Role

The E-Commerce Account Manager will oversee operations in key European markets, collaborating closely with Sales Units and dealers to monitor progress towards e-commerce retail sales targets. To achieve these targets, the Account Manager will take responsibility for educating the network on optimal system usage and introducing new program functionalities.

Key Objectives

  • Achieve e-commerce sales targets in allocated countries
  • Achieve e-commerce targets of active number of dealers and customers
  • Increase the usage of the PACCAR Parts marketing tools available to the dealer network

About You

We are seeking candidates for a challenging position who possess over three years of marketing and sales experience in high-tech international business markets, preferably within the aftermarket for spare parts. The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • Hold a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, such as in Marketing
  • Have previous experience in account management, preferably with independent indirect channels like dealer networks
  • Demonstrate familiarity and affinity with e-commerce solutions
  • Display initiative, high energy, and a proven track record in changing behavior
  • Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and fluency in English and German
  • Be willing to travel, with up to 25% of the time spent on business trips

About the Company

PACCAR Parts Europe (PPE) is a PACCAR division with a dynamic and challenging environment. PPE is responsible for the sales of spare parts to over 1,000 DAF dealers, TRP stores, and customers around the world. To satisfy our customers' 'one stop shop' requirement, PACCAR Parts sells DAF and PACCAR branded parts for DAF truck applications and TRP branded parts for other manufacturers of trucks and trailers.

eCommerce and Dealer Support Tools

The eCommerce implementation team, which is a part of PACCAR Parts Marketing Services, consists of a small team of 4 individuals. Their main focus is on expanding our customer e-commerce business and providing support to our dealers' sales force through various tools and systems. The team actively seeks out opportunities for new programs and systems, and once identified, these requirements are prioritized and passed on to the Development organization.
