Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders at our clients to drive business growth and transformation
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams to create innovative business solutions through data-driven insights
  • Identify and seize opportunities for business growth and development at the client and within Metyis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development and strategy
  • 6+ years of consulting experience, potentially in combination with relevant industry experience, with at least 3+ years at a project lead level
  • Strong management and communication skills, with the ability to bring together stakeholders and persuade senior clients to act on advice
  • Proven ability to manage client engagements, client relationships, and provide guidance to teams
  • Strong analytical skills and a high capacity for conceptual thinking
