Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targets by crafting and implementing a robust sales plan.
- Prioritize key industry accounts and stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities with marketing support.
Business Development
- Generate new leads and opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building, and develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Identify and understand prospect and client needs and business pain points, and articulate the value proposition of digital transformation solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, and support marketing efforts by working with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and activities to support sales.
Selling Process and Sales Performance
- Evaluate leads through research, understanding their needs, and evaluating their budget and decision-making authority, and customize proposals for prospects or clients by collaborating with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and deals, providing regular reports to management, and track sales activities to ensure seamless sales cycles.

Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years in a business-to-business sales environment with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Demonstrated success in sales and business development within the IT consultancy and outsourcing industry, preferably in a senior role.
- A well-established network of contacts in the software development/software consultancy industry, including potential clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
Skills
- Strong skills in networking and establishing lasting relationships, and excellent ability to manage and nurture customer relationships.
- Proficient in negotiating and managing contracts, and ability to lead and influence conversations effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage resources and time efficiently, and ability to stay current on new technologies and trends in the outsourcing, nearshoring, and consultancy industries.
