Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and improve our customer service processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
