Job Title: Marketing Specialist, Sports Nutrition & Cereal Applications



Job Summary:



We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Delft, Netherlands. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and implementing marketing business plans for the Canola PRO launch, supporting route-to-market integration for the Plant-Based portfolio. You will collaborate with our market-facing commercial teams on marketing and sales enablement tools.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Actively support and continuously align with New Business development, market-facing BUs and other stakeholders in providing marketing support (up-to-date value proposition, market and insights, competitive intelligence) bringing an outside-in perspective.

  • Monitor the execution of the marketing plan and take corrective actions, to achieve the results.

  • Assess and analyze current and future market development, internal and external technological dynamics, customer needs and competitor developments, resulting in a clear input for development of the product application development and customer pipeline growth.

  • Participate with dsm-firmenich's business partners on in-depth understanding of market and customer insights leading to shared vision and an aligned plan for development of current and new markets/products and/or applications.

  • Ensure the availability of a data set on market, customers and competitors (collaborating with F&B market business intelligence team) in order to fully support commercial activities.

  • Collaborate on the market communication and media plans with Mar Comms, in order to increase brand awareness and to create customers pull; this includes webinars, trade events, and other tools to generate leads.

Requirements:





  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the food or comparable B2B industry, preferably with experience in product/project management.

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.

  • Broad understanding of the total value chain with business process experience.

  • Customer-focused, stress-resistant, and results-driven: willing to go the extra mile to continuously deliver solution improvements.

  • Strong interpersonal skills: able to easily establish and maintain relationships and connections.

  • Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to think creatively in technical problem-solving deadlines.
