About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Automation Lead to join our team at Nutreco. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in advancing our Dosing Equipment into the future, leveraging Industry 4.0 technologies and digital processes.

Responsibilities
  • Connect our equipment through the Cloud and various communication protocols.
  • Maintain production installations and propose and execute improvement projects.
  • Keep all software databases current and compliant with the latest standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in industrial automation, with at least 2 years in a strategic leadership role.
  • Strong affinity with digital engineering, Industry 4.0, communication protocols, and IoT.
  • Experience with automation systems such as SCADA and Siemens TIA Portal, and leveraging Cloud integrations (we use Azure) in an embedded environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
