Our team develops cutting-edge technology systems that utilize advanced algorithms and models to investigate large-scale accounting data and identify improper cash flows within our clients' procure-to-pay processes.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Telephone Operator in the Statements department, you will be responsible for contacting suppliers on behalf of our clients to request lists of outstanding items. You will also inquire about the status of previously sent written requests and correspond with suppliers to maintain a good relationship.
- Administrative control of outstanding item lists
- Collecting undue payments over the phone
- Email correspondence with suppliers
- Administrative recording in the systems
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of German, French, and/or Spanish is a plus
- Business communication skills to approach suppliers in a friendly and tactful manner
- Proficiency with the Office suite
- Flexible contract with a minimum of 16 hours per week
