About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a customer service environment, preferably within logistics.
- Strong customer orientation and involvement.
- Knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and warehouse management systems.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.
