Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at DSV, you will be the first point of contact for various customers and internal departments. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the right data and schedules are available for the incoming, order picking, VAL, and outgoing processes in our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor warehouse processes using our warehouse management system and keep customers and internal stakeholders informed.
- Identify disruptions and inform customers of potential delays or changes.
- Act as the first operational contact for assigned customers and coordinate with internal colleagues from various departments.
- Handle and escalate customer escalations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a customer service environment, preferably within logistics.
- Strong customer orientation and involvement.
- Knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and warehouse management systems.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.
