Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at DSV in Maastricht-Airport. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor warehouse processes using our warehouse management system and ensure that the right data and schedules are available for the incoming, order picking, VAL, and outgoing processes.
- Identify disruptions and inform customers of potential delays or changes.
- Act as the first operational contact for assigned customers and coordinate with internal colleagues from various departments.
- Handle and escalate customer escalations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a customer service environment, preferably within logistics.
- Strong customer orientation and involvement.
- Knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and warehouse management systems.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.
