Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a customer service environment, preferably within logistics
- Strong customer orientation and involvement
- Knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and warehouse management systems
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written
