Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a customer service environment, preferably within logistics
  • Strong customer orientation and involvement
  • Knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and warehouse management systems
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written
