Job Title: MR Business Development Manager

At Philips, we are seeking an experienced MR Business Development Manager to lead our sales team in the Benelux region. As a key member of our Precision Diagnosis team, you will be responsible for driving the MR business in the Benelux by leading the sales team and developing strong trust-based relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales team of MR in the Benelux, consisting of Sales Specialists, Clinical Application Specialists, and Clinical Scientists.
  • Achieve business goals on Order Intake, Sales, and Price realization for MR in the Benelux region.
  • Develop and drive trust-based relationships with customers to maximize the value of short- and long-term business based on deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Manage the sales process of related MR portfolio from lead until order closure.
  • Deliver customer presentations, site visits, and demos of the related portfolio.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with portfolio-specific KOLs and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Build customer quotes and tender requirement documents (PvEs).
  • Support business/cluster-related campaigns, product, and services introduction and end-of-life programs in the market.
  • Define and execute the implementation of business policy, pricing strategy, and product mix to be sold in the region, according to established guidelines in Business to Market Communication.
  • Provide insights and input for Business to Market Communication.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate business forecasting on a monthly basis via accurate lead and opportunity management in Philips CRM system (Salesforce.com).
  • Identify opportunities for long-term and/or performance-based partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Clinical background in the Domain of MR.
  • 10+ years' experience in commercial roles in MedTech industry.
  • Strong People Leader with business savviness, a positive can-do attitude, a strategic thinker with strong executional skills and hands-on mentality who knows how to get things done in a matrix organization.
  • Experience selling into accounts characterized by complex sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
  • Master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in Dutch, both verbal and written, is required.
