Job Description

As a Modality Sales Manager MR at Philips, you will be responsible for driving the MR business in the Benelux region. You will lead a team of Sales Specialists and Clinical Application Specialists in both the Netherlands and Belgium/Luxemburg, and be responsible for the sales of MR-related opportunities from lead to contract/order closure.

The ideal candidate will have a clinical background in the MR domain and 10+ years of experience in commercial roles in the MedTech industry. You will be a strong People Leader with business savviness, a positive can-do attitude, and a strategic thinker with strong executional skills and hands-on mentality.

You will be responsible for building strong trust-based relationships with internal and external key opinion leaders and related stakeholders, and for developing and driving a trust-based relation with customers to maximize the value of the short and long-term business based on deep understanding of customer needs.

The Modality Sales Manager MR will also be responsible for achieving the business goals on Order Intake, Sales and Price realization for MR in the Benelux region, and for maintaining excellent relationships with portfolio-specific KOLs and other relevant stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the sales team of MR in the Benelux region
  • Achieving the business goals on Order Intake, Sales and Price realization for MR in the Benelux region
  • Developing and driving a trust-based relation with customers to maximize the value of the short and long-term business based on deep understanding of customer needs
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with portfolio-specific KOLs and other relevant stakeholders
  • Building the customer quote and customer tender requirement documents (PvEs)
  • Supporting business/cluster-related campaigns, product and services introduction and end-of-life programs in market
  • Defining and executing the implementation of the business policy, pricing strategy and product mix to be sold in the region, according to established guidelines in the Business to Market Communication
  • Providing insights and input for the Business to Market Communication
  • Preparing and delivering accurate business forecasting on a monthly basis via accurate lead and opportunity management in Philips CRM system
  • Identifying opportunities for long-term and/or performance-based partnerships
