Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our commercial division. The ideal candidate will engage with assigned customers using an omnichannel approach, leveraging in-person and remote interactions to ensure effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Strategically coordinates customer touchpoints through marketing campaigns, including symposia, face-to-face meetings, virtual calls, and peer-to-peer discussions, tailoring messages based on data insights and relationships.
  • • Ensures timely and compliant data reporting by inputting insights into the Customer Relationship Management system and other analytical tools.
  • • Regularly evaluates customer engagement performance and adjusts priorities based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 2 years' experience working within the pharmaceutical space. You should also have well-versed project management skills and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
