At Aware, we're on a mission to eliminate greenwashing in textiles. We've built the world's first Digital Asset Platform, transforming materials, certifications, and sustainability data into verified, tradeable tokens via blockchain. As we grow fast, we are looking for a Head of Customer Experience to lead and scale our local customer/user-facing teams, ensuring a seamless, impactful customer journey from onboarding to long-term success. 

In this key leadership role, you will oversee Onboarding, Support, and Training across China, Bangladesh, and India. Team Leadership & Growth – Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams, fostering a culture of customer success. Onboarding & Training – Ensure customers quickly and effectively integrate Aware's platform, gaining full value from verified data and traceability tools. Keep training materials and resources engaging and up to date.
Customer Support & Retention – Oversee the support team to drive fast response times, high satisfaction, and proactive engagement. Data-Driven Insights – Leverage customer feedback, NPS scores, and analytics to continuously refine customer experience. Identify trends and make data-backed improvements. 
Build strong relationships with key accounts.

Proven experience leading customer experience, success, or support teams in a SaaS, tech, or platform-driven business.
Salesforce, Zendesk, Gainsight).
Passion for sustainability and transparency, with an understanding of how data and traceability can drive real impact in the textile industry.
