The Compensation & Benefits Specialist will play a key role in supporting the execution of EVBox's global compensation and benefits strategy. This includes driving the implementation, communication, and administration of our compensation and benefits offering throughout all countries where we operate.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices, as well as experience in a multinational environment. They will be able to create insights from data, structure priorities, and manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
The Compensation & Benefits Specialist will work closely with the business leaders, other People teams, and enabling functions to advise on compensation and benefits-related topics. They will also be responsible for creating effective communication and training materials to ensure that HR teams, leaders, and employees have the right level of knowledge.
The role entails, but is not limited to:
- Drive the implementation, communication, and administration of our compensation and benefits offering throughout all countries where we operate;
- Research, analyze, benchmark, and provide inputs to the HR management team and stakeholders around market trends, and assist in developing and continuously optimizing the company's global compensation and benefits policies, processes, and systems;
- Prepare effective compensation and benefits communications and training materials that will ensure that the HR teams, leaders, and employees have the right level of knowledge; liaise with the Corporate Communications team to time communications effectively;
- Day-to-day manage the global job framework and fairly grade and benchmark new roles following global grading guidelines and pay philosophy;
- Operate pay structures per operating country;
- Prepare and plan the annual salary review, formulate data analyses to support the calibration sessions, and maintain the salary review master data;
- Participate in Annual Compensation Surveys;
- Identify potential compensation and benefits process improvements by frequently liaising with stakeholders and requesting feedback on proposed new processes and policies;
- Prepare and participate in audits for compensation and benefits processes;
- Nurture a strong, effective partnership with our payroll team to (tax) effectively administer relevant compensation and benefits programs and actions;
- Review the monthly payroll input in collaboration with the People Operations and Finance team;
- Independent stakeholder and vendor management, incl. contract matters, POs, and invoices;
- Participate in sessions with/regarding works councils regarding compensation elements;
- Executing the administration of the equity program.
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist who can support our team with the execution of our global compensation and benefits strategy and programs. The ideal fit is someone who thrives in a dynamic organization where we move fast and drive a solution-oriented, growth mindset at all times.
The role requires a strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices, as well as experience in a multinational environment. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience, and a C&B certification such as GRP is a plus but not required.
The Compensation & Benefits Specialist will be responsible for creating effective communication and training materials to ensure that HR teams, leaders, and employees have the right level of knowledge. They will also be responsible for driving the implementation, communication, and administration of our compensation and benefits offering throughout all countries where we operate.
