Overview of the Role

In this challenging role, you will support our management team in Amsterdam and Hengelo as an HR Business Partner. Your primary goal is to align our people strategy with our business objectives, ensuring that our Dutch teams have the necessary tools and resources to excel.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for daily HR administration and the entire employee lifecycle process, including documentation and communication.
  • You will assist our assigned managers in implementing both our people strategy and our business strategy.
  • You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
  • You will also work on projects and improvements, taking ownership of their execution and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of HBO or WO in Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
  • HR generalist experience with strategic, tactical, and operational knowledge.
  • Prioritization and adaptability skills to support the business.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, sharing results during the interview process.
  • Previous experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
Travel and Location

This position is based in Amsterdam, with regular visits to our Hengelo site. You will have opportunities to develop your skills and grow within our organization.
