Operational Global Account Manager

As an Operational Global Account Manager at GEODIS, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with major Freight Forwarding Accounts. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating operations in the GEODIS network set up for customers, setting up performance indicators, monitoring them, and warning of any difficulties encountered internally or externally. You will also conduct implementation and continuous improvement projects, and support the Global Account Manager to identify opportunities for growth.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Transport, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. You should also have logistics transport training or international trade experience, as well as project management experience in an international context. Additionally, you should have experience in the field of Supply Chain, be a facilitator and issues solver, and have good knowledge of Microsoft tools.
Working ConditionsThis is a full-time position, and you will be based in Europe, specifically in the Netherlands. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
