- Leadership and Representation: Lead important turnaround projects in product compliance and market access on a global scale, representing the company at Council level in industry associations.
- Product Safety and Compliance Management: Lead the team responsible for ensuring all branded household appliances meet safety and compliance standards, monitoring safety incidents and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Strategic and Competitive Monitoring: Monitor the competitive landscape to ensure initiatives and internal requirements align with consumer and user expectations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to advocate for safety and compliance initiatives, building and maintaining strong connections with regulatory authorities and industry associations.
- Quality Management System Oversight: Represent the company as the legal manufacturer within the certified Quality Management System, ensuring domestic appliances comply with this system.
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Law, or a related field with a focus on safety and compliance.
- Minimum of 20 years in regulatory compliance, safety management, or a related field within the home appliances industry.
- Proven competence in risk assessment, management, and mitigation, experience in reporting safety incidents and managing product recalls.
- Strong leadership with project management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, and change management.
- Deep understanding of global safety regulations and standards, particularly within the EU, ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements.
