Role Overview

Oaky is a leading hotel-tech startup, and we're looking for a driven Account Executive to focus on the UK market. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and driving upselling efforts with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and lead qualification.
- Conduct sales presentations and demos to understand client needs and challenges.
- Negotiate deals, finalize pricing, terms, and contracts.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional features or products to existing clients.
- Meet sales targets, achieving or exceeding quotas to contribute to Oaky's growth.

Requirements

- 3 years of SaaS sales experience.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly demonstrate the value of upselling and understanding client needs and challenges.
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on closing deals, handling objections, and negotiations.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and address client pain points.
- Time management skills, with the ability to balance prospecting, follow-ups, client meetings, and administrative tasks.
- A goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Resilience and persistence, with the ability to adapt to changes in the market, client needs, or sales strategies.
- Tech savvy, with proficiency in sales tools like Salesforce and Gong.
- Fluent English.
