Key Responsibilities:- Order Processing: Accurately enter orders received through various channels into our system, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Dealer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to dealer inquiries related to invoices, products, pricing, availability, shipping, and other concerns via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Communication: Handle inbound calls and proactively make outbound calls to dealers, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the process.
- Customer Experience: Strive to deliver an exceptional experience for our dealers by anticipating their needs and providing the best possible ETA using available resources.
- Order Resolution: Manage and resolve order-related complaints within the ticketing system, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or team lead as needed.
- Training and Development: Engage in training sessions and team meetings to stay current on product knowledge, system updates, and customer service best practices.
- Language Skills: Proficient communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal, with Dutch being a significant advantage.
- Education: MBO level, achieved through education or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience with Microsoft Dynamics being preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Good organizational and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
