Digital Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Digital Multi Channel to join our team at Makro Nederland.
About the RoleAs a Lead Digital Multi Channel, you will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of digital solutions across our various channels, with the goal of optimizing the Customer Journey.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize multiple digital channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with our overall brand strategy.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver digital projects and initiatives.
- Plan, prioritize, and execute digital initiatives to drive business results.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail/groothandelsmarkt.
- Experience in managing multiple digital channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with the overall brand strategy.
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills to plan, prioritize, and execute digital initiatives.
- Customer-centric mindset.
