Senior Manager Strategic Transformation Services Lead

pbAbout the Role/b/ppWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Strategic Transformation Services to join our Professional Services Sales Team based in Paris. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving impactful professional services partnerships across large-scale opportunities./ppbKey Responsibilities/b/pulliDeploy thought leadership to build out a programmatic PS strategic partnerships approach and leverage PS resources to win the biggest deals./liliEnsure resources are deployed in a high-impact manner, either in early sales stages for initial nurture, positioning + POVs, or in later sales stages for high-quality delivery plans./liliPrescriptive delivery POVs, recommendations, and roadmaps based on solution & industry best practice./liliEnsure customer and partner readiness for implementation, sharing of best practices, and activities for fast technology go-live./liliWork in close partnership with SPP team to ensure visibility of pipeline, dashboards, and regular attendance in pipeline review calls./liliBuild long-term, trusted relationships both internally and externally./liliCoach peers and colleagues to adapt ways of working to deliver against the PS strategic partnerships framework and appropriately leverage retrospectives to drive individual and programmatic learning./li/ulpbRequirements/b/pulliDemonstrate horizontal leadership, working closely with Adobe's country and regional leaders and other functional areas to realise the value of Professional Services./liliBe considered a thought leader in the capabilities and value add of professional services with an ability to balance critical thinking and more tactical execution./liliDemonstrate an ability to successfully drive and embed change/transformation and diversity of thought./liliHave experience of working on large-scale, transformative sales deals./liliDeep experience working with and across the C-Suite, both internally and externally./liliHighly collaborative and versant in successfully navigating global, matrixed environments./liliDemonstrated strong growth mindset that seeks to uniquely solve difficult customer challenges./liliProven track record to build trust and be highly credible across all levels of organisations./liliExceptional ability to understand and evangelize ground-breaking methodologies, standard processes, and digital transformation concepts./liliHold diversity, equity, and inclusion at the heart of all you decide, do, and personify./li/ulpbAbout Adobe/b/ppAt Adobe, we're passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.
