Senior Change Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Management Specialist to join our Magellan team. As a key member of our global business transformation program, you will be responsible for deploying and communicating changes to our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system from ECC to S/4 HANA.
Key Responsibilities- Execute deployment change journey activities, including stakeholder assessments, kick-offs, and open office hours, in partnership with Customer Care and Capital Equipment change network leads.
- Complete key change activities, such as capturing changes, validating changes, and mapping changes to roles, in partnership with Business Functional Leads, Product owners, and Change Network Leads.
- Create and communicate updated personas aligned to each release for end-user groups with the highest amount and complexity of changes coming.
- Support program communications for the team and broader stakeholder community.
- Consistently measure change and communication effectiveness through multiple forms of measurement.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail and creative writing abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite of tools, including PPT and SharePoint.
- Growth mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of three to five years of related work experience in change management, communications, or a related field.
- Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) certification and/or PROSCI Certification.
- Five years+ of related work experience with change tools, such as stakeholder's analysis, change impact mapping, persona creation, change measures, and the value of their outputs.
