Senior Change Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Management Specialist to join our Magellan program, a global business transformation initiative that aims to simplify, standardize, and modernize our core business processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for deploying and communicating changes, capturing and disposing of change impacts, and managing stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute deployment change journey activities, including stakeholder assessments, kick-offs, and open office hours, in partnership with Customer Care and Capital Equipment change network leads.
- Collaborate with Business Functional Leads, Product owners, and Change Network Leads to complete key change activities, such as capturing changes, validating changes, and mapping changes to roles.
- Create and communicate updated personas aligned to each release for end-user groups with the highest amount and complexity of changes coming.
- Design and support program communications for the team and broader stakeholder community.
- Manage the Magellan SharePoint site, including stakeholder list management, end-user list management, creating news posts/sites as needed, and reviewing site analytics.
- Consistently measure change and communication effectiveness through multiple forms of measurement, such as focus groups, surveys, and analytics.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail and creative writing abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of tools, including PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Growth mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of three to five years of related work experience in change management, communications, or a related field.
- Successful track record of delivering high-quality creative communications to all levels of the organization using multiple vehicles.
- Experience working on a global project transformation implementing change management and communications tactics.
- Experience working globally and comfort with cultural diversity.
- Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) certification and/or PROSCI Certification.
- Five years+ of related work experience with change tools, such as stakeholder analysis, change impact mapping, persona creation, change measures, and the value of their outputs.
- Five years+ of creating enterprise-wide and executive-level creative communications using multiple vehicles/approaches.
