Nordson Industrial Coating Systems is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Technical Sales and Application Specialist. This role will be responsible for maintaining and developing cooperation with our Top Customers in France and the Benelux region.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure profitable growth through high levels of customer satisfaction, supported by technical and application expertise, sales skills, and knowledge of Nordson Industrial Coating Systems.
- Manage each customer effectively and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Develop and execute business strategies for each Top customer, in line with NBS Next, to secure profitable growth within the given territory.
- Perform audits of Nordson application systems, help customers with settings and final tuning of applications.
- Use value selling skills to identify and promote the latest Nordson products to customer bases.
- Conduct training schools for customer personnel.
- Report all activities and customer data in the CRM system to ensure complete transparency.
- Strong technical and sales skills, with the ability to communicate with customers at all levels.
- Technical education and experience in an industrial environment, with a minimum of 5 years.
- Electrician or experience from that field.
- Experience with 2pc and 3pc spray equipment is an advantage.
- Capable of working independently with a structured method of work and high efficiency.
- Team player in a multinational team.
- Language skills: fluent English and French.
Will be required to travel 80% of the time, typically for 1-4 day trips. Company car, laptop, and cell phone will be provided.
