Customer Support Associate

We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team at DTCjob.com. As a company directly connected with over 200 hot DTC e-commerce companies, we're working to build in-house teams for these companies by connecting top-tier talent to the right opportunity.

As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media, delivering clear, accurate, and friendly communication.
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Providing customers with accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Logging all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the customer support system.
- Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or manager for further assistance.
- Assisting customers with the proper use of products/services and educating them on self-service options.
- Collecting and reporting customer feedback to help improve product offerings and service processes.
- Working with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
Requirements include:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) or willingness to learn.
- Good time management and multitasking skills.
- Empathy, patience, positive attitude, and customer-first mindset.
