The MOMO Restaurant, Bar & Lounge is a renowned establishment in Amsterdam, known for its Asian flavors and shared fine dining experience. We are seeking a skilled waiter to join our team and provide exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking orders and adding them to the till system with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Providing high-quality guest service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Serving food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring orders are accurate and properly prepared.
  • Ensuring a safe dining experience for all guests by effectively communicating and addressing allergies.
  • Effectively addressing and resolving guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handling payments, including calculating bills, handling cash and credit card transactions, and making change.
  • Cleaning and setting tables before and after customers leave, ensuring the dining area is clean and organized.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to address guest needs and concerns effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively with other staff members, such as chefs, barbacks, and bartenders, to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience.
  • International approach and the ability to fully communicate in English.
  • Living in Amsterdam or nearby, with flexibility for commuting.
