Job Title: Revenue and E-Commerce Trainee - Commercial Division

Hotel Okura Amsterdam is a world-renowned five-star hotel that embodies the perfect blend of Japanese and Dutch cultures. As a Revenue and E-Commerce Trainee, you will be part of a dynamic team that strives to provide exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Revenue and Marketing departments to ensure accurate and relevant online information aligns with the hotel's strategy.
  • Maximize revenue through effective content, competitive pricing, and optimal online exposure.
  • Assist in creating campaigns, including rate loading, to drive online sales.
  • Support various online marketing tasks and activities to enhance the hotel's online presence.
  • Contribute to improving the online guest journey and ensuring seamless interactions.
  • Communicate with third-party partners to optimize revenue and e-commerce performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Compile monthly reports and analyze campaign results to inform future strategies.
  • Participate in internal meetings and assist the Manager Revenue and Business Performance and marketing team with projects.

Requirements:
  • Hotel management or marketing student.
