Key Responsibilities- Welcome and orient guests to our facilities, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Process transactions and manage guest needs, including sales and marketing promotions.
- Ensure the efficient control of locker keys, towels, and waiting lists.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, lobby, and change rooms.
- Prepare gift packages and ensure adequate staffing presence in the reception.
- Review and stay up-to-date on sales and marketing promotions.
- Perform other tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the spa.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
- Must be available to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think on your feet, be proactive, problem-solve, and deal with change on a daily basis.
