We are seeking a highly qualified Operations Coordinator fluent in Dutch and English with a passion for customer service and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will work on the frontline, serving as a liaison for our 3,500+ members in The Netherlands and Flemish Belgium.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain accurate membership records, including processing applications, renewals, and terminations.
- Distribute membership packages to new members and provide necessary resources.
- Build and foster relationships with members, addressing inquiries via Zendesk, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Ensure timely delivery of member anniversary gifts and certificates, while creating engaging content for social media campaigns.
- Support leadership teams by providing resource materials for local chapters and facilitating roles within the organization.
- Prepare for and participate in our annual conference (May 2024) in Gent, Belgium.
- Create and distribute data reports and surveys to stakeholders.
- Process invoices, credit, and cancellations, while acting as liaison with the collection agency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls, welcoming visitors, organizing travel, maintaining agendas, inventory, and mail services.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Showcase excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to multitask and find solutions in a rapidly changing environment.
- Be fluent in Dutch and English, with a strong customer focus and long-term relationship building capabilities.
- Possess adaptability and flexibility to match our growth pace, while working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Travel to local chapters and conferences, when necessary.
- A Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience in an international multi-cultural organization setting are preferred.
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
