Job Description

The Administrative Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Lenovo's office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating all administrative activities, providing support to local management, HR, Finance, and employees as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office activities, guaranteeing efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain Lenovo's digital and physical filing systems, adhering to GDPR guidelines
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including registered items and couriers
  • Coordinate company parking arrangements and office supplies
  • Administer Lenovo's car fleet and statistics reporting to authorities
  • Serve as a liaison between facility services providers and cleaning companies
  • Foster environmental awareness and manage utility services and real estate
  • Handle pension administration and employee onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Provide backup for Accounts Payable during vacations and sickness
  • Effectively manage purchase orders and invoicing

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Dutch (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in office management and/or financial administration, preferably in an international setting
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and preparation
  • Customer-focused and self-motivated individual
  • Strong knowledge of office administration and data information systems
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Salary Information: The estimated salary range for this position is approximately €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
