We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Manager to join our Damen Shipyards team. This is a unique opportunity to lead the management of IT infrastructure across 35 international sites and contribute to the success of our organization.
About the Position:- We offer a dynamic and innovative work environment where you can apply your technical expertise and leadership skills.
- You will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of IT infrastructure, ensuring that it is managed, maintained, and supported according to agreed Service Level Agreements.
- As a Senior IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be part of a collaborative team that works closely with Managed Service Providers, business stakeholders, and IT colleagues.
- Our ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of cloud services, data centers, and cybersecurity solutions.
- The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent position;
- Proven track record of managing IT infrastructure, including cloud services, data centers, and cybersecurity solutions;
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Dutch;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- A competitive salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per year;
