About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Director for Refractory Materials to join our team at RHI Magnesita. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Technical or commercial degree and/or equivalent professional experience
  • Profound knowledge of the refractory industry and/or raw materials
  • English – Proficient/Fluent
  • German – will be considered a strong asset
