About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Administrative Assistant to join our team at GXO Logistics, Inc. in Eindhoven. As an IT Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of administrative matters related to IT, including reports, purchase orders, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete operational IT ordering process, including quotations, purchase ordering, follow-up on delivery, reception, and invoice checks.
- Support the IT Director and IT management team in creating and maintaining documents and statements related to IT operations.
- Assist the Business Controller IT in administrative and financial work related to projects and general IT operations.
- Act as a liaison between IT and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage inventory and ordering of IT hardware, including laptops, monitors, docking stations, mobile phones, and other equipment.
- Prepares work for Finance to ensure invoices are correct and paid accordingly.
- Organize IT events, such as townhall meetings and breakfast sessions.
Requirements
- HBO or MBO+ work and thinking level, preferably complemented by several years of work experience as PA, Office Manager/Support, or similar.
- Expertise in preparing and maintaining records, good organizational skills, and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
- Ability to take initiative and think one step ahead.
- Good conceptual and visual skills, with the ability to work independently.
