Als Opportunity Representative bij Adecco ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zoeken en ontwikkelen van nieuwe saleskansen bij midden- tot grote organisaties. Je bent een proactieve en communicatieve professional die een pipeline van leads en saleskansen opbouwt en onderhoudt. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het coachen van het salesteam en het helpen van collega's om hun salesvaardigheden te ontwikkelen.

Wat zijn de taken?
  • Leads en saleskansen identificeren en ontwikkelen
  • Digitale presentaties aanbieden bij klanten
  • Coachen van het salesteam
