Role Overview:
As we continue to expand, we are seeking committed Service Delivery Managers in Spain and the Netherlands. This role is pivotal in fostering robust customer relationships and enhancing our services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
The Service Delivery Manager serves as the essential link between operations and clients, acting as the primary point of contact for our customers, business partners, and other stakeholders. Your goal will be to ensure that IT services are delivered in accordance with service level agreements, business objectives, resource allocations (time and budget), and quality standards.
Essential Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer communication.
- Strong customer service focus, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
- Capability to function as a consultant, advisor, customer advocate, and project leader for clients.
- Ability to evaluate customer feedback to drive necessary improvements.
- Fluency in Spanish and Dutch, along with strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, organized, and possessing a company-first mindset.
- A good listener, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
