We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Journey Expert to join our Onboarding squad at ING. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing seamless customer onboarding experiences across our shared platform.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine customer onboarding journeys, ensuring a smooth and simple experience for clients.
  • Analyze data and engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement in our online onboarding journeys.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot onboarding processes to ensure they meet business requirements and regulatory standards.

**Requirements**

  • Fluency in English and Dutch, with excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong affinity with Business to IT, with experience in writing test plans, executing testing, and refining processes.
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain a positive attitude in fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for investments and a willingness to continuously develop expertise in this area.
  • Experience working in complex environments with strong growth ambitions, complex rules, and regulations.
  • Digital-first mindset with a focus on developing simple and streamlined processes.
