Wat ga je doen als Associate Transaction Services?

Binnen Transaction Services werk je met een divers, jong en dynamisch team aan de mooiste deals van middelgrote tot internationale ondernemingen. Als associate hou je je bezig met het analyseren van de verwerkte data en het interpreteren van de uitkomsten. Je interviewt het management en probeert het onderliggende verhaal van het bedrijf te vertellen. Hoe staat het ervoor, in termen van winst, schuld, cashflow?

Je taken:
  • Complexe bedrijfsmodellen doorgronden en inzichtelijk maken voor potentiële (ver)koper(s).
  • Op board niveau schakelen om de deal tot een succes te maken.
  • Wat is de aanjager van de winstgevendheid de afgelopen jaren?
  • Waar zit de waarde en wat zijn risico's bij een overname?
