We zoeken een ervaren Manager Transaction Services om ons team te versterken. Als Manager Transaction Services ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing en uitvoering van transactie gerelateerde opdrachten. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team van financials, fiscalisten, juristen en consultants en maakt gebruik van je analytisch vermogen en creativiteit.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Aansturing en uitvoering van transactie gerelateerde opdrachten
  • Leidinggeven aan een team van analisten en associates
  • Coördinatie en sturing van projecten
  • Contactpersoon voor opdrachtgevers
  • Ontwikkeling en implementatie van nieuwe processen en procedures
Requirements
  • Ervaring in de financiële dienstverlening, met name in transaction services
  • Goede kennis van financiële modellen en analytische vaardigheden
  • Leiderschapsvaardigheden en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Flexibiliteit en bereidheid om te werken in een dynamische omgeving
