We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager specializing in Power Conversion to join our dynamic team in Eindhoven. As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate project activities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams, including engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and sales, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets, and providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implementing effective contingency plans as needed.
  • Fostering a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication, problem-solving, and knowledge sharing.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and addressing any concerns or feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, specifically in the field of Power Conversion, ideally within the semiconductor, renewable energy, or medical device industries.
  • Strong technical background in power electronics, converters, inverters, and related technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.
