**About the Role**
beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Administrative & Secretarial Specialist to provide high-quality support to our team in Amersfoort.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Manage calendars and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
• Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
• Develop and maintain effective communication with team members and external partners
**Requirements**
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
