European Corporate Account Manager

At Ecolab, we are committed to delivering comprehensive solutions to our customers in the food, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial markets. As a European Corporate Account Manager, you will play a key role in helping us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our field sales teams and customer decision makers to create solutions that meet their needs.
  • Work with our Food & Beverage customer base to retain and grow our corporate accounts in the Beverage & Brewery sector.
  • Lead and manage business reviews at customer and corporate levels.
  • Proactively plan and negotiate contract renewals and help us deliver on our pricing strategies.
  • Partner with and coach field employees to ensure initiatives are implemented.
  • New business development, winning new customers, negotiating, and closing new deals within the industry.
  • Produce and present customer proposals, including organizing trials that demonstrate our ability to deliver our promises.
  • Leverage innovation and business development within market segments.

Requirements:

  • University degree in food science/technology, (chemical) engineering, chemistry, business, or related field.
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to solving challenges to exceed client expectations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across a diverse, matrix company.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, especially in Business Development and Corporate Account Management.
  • Driving license and willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must; any other European language is a plus.

Location: Remote (multiple locations in Europe possible)
