About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Merchandise Intern. As a key member of our Merchandise and Allocation team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and contributing to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in analyzing data to improve Merchandise and Allocation activities
  • Support Merchandising teams in Fashion, Nos, and Repeat categories
  • Prepare selection meeting reports and support planners with delivery checks
  • Collaborate with Merchandisers and Allocators to plan new collections and allocate products to countries and stores
  • Pull effective analysis and recommendations to drive business growth
  • Learn about our allocation and monitoring systems, including reviewing supplier intakes and guaranteeing on-time fashion orders
  • Support ad-hoc analysis in a fast-paced work environment
Requirements
  • Passionate about the impact of effective allocation and planning on product availability and customer satisfaction
  • Currently enrolled in a Business, Mathematics, or related program (ideally in the first semester of HBO/Bachelors/Masters studies)
  • Familiarity with Excel and eagerness to improve skills
  • Previous experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Proactive and organized work style, with ability to plan and prioritize tasks
  • Fluency in English
