About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Marketing Director to lead our Health & Nutrition business unit. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth, profitability, and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy in collaboration with the EVP Health & Nutrition and other senior leaders.
- Drive market intelligence and identify trends and opportunities in the Health & Nutrition market.
- Develop and manage processes to identify, strengthen, and communicate the Health & Nutrition value proposition.
- Lead marketing dashboard development and monitoring to track growth and performance.
- Oversee all MarCom activities, including campaigns, brand awareness, and external media coverage.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic targets.
- Ensure a high level of employee engagement and inclusivity within the department.
About You
We are looking for a highly senior strategic marketing professional with a strong track record in B2B marketing, particularly in the medical, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and nutritional ingredients industry. You should have a deep understanding of marketing strategy, market intelligence, and value proposition development.
